If your item is in stock, please allow 2-4 business days to process your order once payment is received and cleared. Please note during high volume sale periods or new range releases there may be minor delays – we appreciate your patience during this time! Once shipped, you will be emailed with tracking information to follow your order to its destination. Please note there is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays.


Want to get your package as soon as possible? If you choose the express shipping option, your order will be send in 24 hours with express shipping within business days. However, please notice that you will not receive the shipping costs back, when you return your package.


Crewmason accepts returns on all products for any reason. Just as long as item & packaging is returned in perfect condition. If you want to know more about our return policy, please check our page “Returns” page or just contact info@crewmason.comWe will handle your return.


Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees.  All orders are shipped DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” from Asia, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your estimated charge may be. In order to collect your package, additional charges must be paid to clear customs. As we ship to over 50 countries, some may require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In this case the fees are paid to the local carrier. Crewmason does not collect fees and has no control over what local governments charge.

As a valued customer, we want you to know that we care and we promise you a great shopping experience with us. Make sure you have carefully checked your order before completing your purchase. We offer returns within 30 days of receipt with a full refund if not damaged.

If you want to exchange your item(s) for any reason, please consult the table below as a guide and contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to explain the reason for your exchange request. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the relevant item (s). An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent electronically after the evaluation process, stating the outcome and whether the item qualifies for exchange or refund.

Exchange/return conditions

The items may not be damaged, worn or washed.
The evaluation process may take up to 5 days after receipt.
